We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
1. Please contact the customer service team and explain the item you wish to return and the reason for it. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated. Please note that if you decide to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, you will be charged a 15% handling fee.
2. 2. After receiving our return instructions, please pack the items to be returned in their original packaging.
3. 3. We do not accept items that are sent back directly without notifying us. Any address on the package will not be approved as a return address. Returned packages without a return address authorized by a customer service representative will not be returned.
4. Most returns will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We will issue a refund to your Paypal or credit card. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Return Conditions
1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: jumpsuits, lingerie and sleepwear, swimwear and accessories.
3. All returns will be refunded through the same method you paid for your order.
4. 4. Returned items must be in unused condition with original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
5. Items with a non-returnable mark and free gifts cannot be returned.
6. 6. We do not accept items that have been returned without proper return instructions.
7. 7. We do not offer freight collect (FTC) services for packages returned to us. You will be responsible for the cost of the returned item(s).
8. 8. Please be sure to inspect your return carefully before shipping. We are not responsible for returns of non-inspected products.
